I have no idea because we just stopped for a short time to walk around. This "Barney Fife" of a fake ranger is a despicable human. He offered to remove the $50 per dog, per year fee, if she went out with him. He should be arrested or at the very least fired.

I know nothing about this. I'm not sure why there would even be a warden or ranger, real or otherwise, at this location. It is essentially a park.
