Hi Peter, unfortunately the only tours that I know are through the Kokopo Beach Bungalow resort and they are not based in Rabaul. Last time we were there as we had been in PNG for seven years we drove ourselves. KBB are generally very helpful and may be able to either sort a tour or suggest someone in Rabaul that they know. So I would suggest that you contact them via email through their website and if you just put in the above name you should be able to find it through the Internet. The other things I would suggest you see are the tunnels and the war cemetery Bita Paka. And also a stop at the museum. A quick head over to Tavurvur is also worth the time if you have it. Enjoy your trip and if there is anything else please let me know. Cheers Debbie
