If guest need anything, they can text either of the persons on the check in instructions. -Late check out is available but must be coordinated at least 24hrs prior to check in. Late check out is $20/hr. -Pets inside the home will result in a $250 FINE. -Smoking/vaping inside the home will result in a $250 FINE. No parties permitted inside the home. Must keep noise to an acceptable level so to not disturb neighbors or upstairs tenants.
