Living room sofa is rather uncomfortable, but aside from that there's not much to dislike.
Impeccably clean, well equipped, and perfect location, central yet quiet.
Minor nuisance: garbage truck at 6 am in the mornings makes quite a bit of noise. But it is tolerable and sleeping children weren’t bothered by the noise.
