The museum itself is superb, and there are many interesting exhibits. We did the walking tour of the Blackbird exhibit, which was very informative. The café is okay, but unfortunately the dark haired… Full review by Bernie G

I really like this museum - this is my third visit and each time I run out of time to see everything. Living so far away (South Africa) I really needed a couple of days to see the whole museum proper… Full review by PixmanSA

Huge museum with impressive displays of aircraft. Will take more than 4 hours to see everything and that's still doing it in a hurry. Really great to see the first 747, an Air Force One, the Concord,… Full review by COskier349
Hoping to visit on the Saturday after Thanksgiving (Nov 26) would you recommend pre-buying tickets, or can I buy on the day for a family of four. If pre-buying how far ahead should I purchase. Thankyou.

I think we just paid on the day. Why not email to them and ask if pre-payment is either necessary or at a discount (I don't think it is).
Oops. I meant to post it here. Why 21$ and not either 20$ or 25$? Most people carry 5s and 10s or a 20/40$ if not broken up. It seems weird to end in a 1 digit and makes people use plastic more which charges the museum for the use of the plastic. It will be cheaper to encourage cash use.

I am a cash user myself too but we are in the minority. The trend today is " Cashless" society. Admission charge is determine by the company that manages the Museum of Flight based on their business case study. Looks like $21 is the " magic number" for them right now.
What would happen if I buy and bring the appropriate parts to fix up one of the airplanes then fly it outta there and take it home?
A:
I would say good luck to you... as you have to get past security with parts and tools. Nevermind getting to the airfield. However if you do manage...please please please send me a video of it.
How do u get from the boeing tour to the museum of flight??. Thanks.
A:
We travelled by rental car. The Museum of Flight is 8 miles south of Seattle. The Boeing Factory tour is about 25-30 miles north of Seattle. We enjoyed both in one day.
