They have a parking lot around to the left of the entrance. As far as your 88 year old mother, it is very hot right now, I would wait until the weather is cooler. There are sidewalks.

There is a local food truck that serves snow cones that we have had present at a past event. However, we do not have the food trucks here daily. Water and soft drinks are for sale in our Ticket Office and ice cold root beer is available in our Saloon on Saturdays.
