This is a really random and odd question - but does anybody remember when Tate had the pre packaged salads and sandwiches years ago? There was a crayfish salad with some form of lentil? I am trying hard to remember what it was and would love to recreate it!! Any ideas?

They do still have some ina fridge. I’d ring them to check what sort as they are very. friendly.
