This may be a delayed answer but for those who may have similar questions in mind; Tekke's are open for everyone and for 24 hours a day. However this one has a special situation; although this is a Bektaşi Tekke Sunni Albanians took control in most of the campus and Bektaşi representative has only 80 sqm of the area. Please do not take the black bearded guy in the main garden into account as he knows nothing about the religion and history. You can easily recognise the Bektaşi representative from his white beard and look that makes you feel relieved.
