Russian drone attacks damaged infrastructure sites in western, central and eastern Ukraine on Monday. Ukraine’s air force said it shot down 57 of the 108 total drones that Russian forces launched overnight.

Explosions and air defense operations could be heard all over the city. Public transport runs with a "significant delay" after cancellation of the air raid alert, which was announced in a number of Ukrainian oblasts and the capital Kyiv in response to the Shahed drone attack carried out by Russian forces.

Ukrainian air defences successfully intercepted 57 out of 104 Russian drones overnight. Several regions, including Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv, suffered infrastructure damage. The military employed electronic warfare to misdirect Russian drones.

Russia launched 72 drones at Ukraine overnight on January 26. The air defense forces shot down the majority of the enemy UAVs, according to the Ukrainian Air Force on Telegram. The occupiers launched drones from five directions in Russia: Oryol,
