The Chicago Bears are searching for their next head coach, where general manager Ryan Poles will lead the charge in a wide-ranging search that will include up-and-coming coordinators, former head coaches and even a current head coach.

The Chicago Bears interviewed Thomas Brown for their head coaching vacancy after he ran the team on an interim basis at the end of the season.

The Bears are giving Brown the chance to interview for the full-time head coaching job, but this feels more like a professional courtesy than genuine interest in what his plan for the franchise would be.
