The National Hurricane center is tracking Potential Tropical Cyclone 19, which is expected to become Tropical Storm Sara on Thursday. It's moving west at 6 mph with winds of 30 mph. The National Hurricane Center (NHC) has highlighted the area in the Western Caribbean as highly likely, 90%, for tropical development over the next 3-7 days.

The National Hurricane Center has an area they are keeping a close eye on in the Caribbean just south of Jamaica that has an 80 percent chance of becoming a tropical system in the next 7 days. Models show a tropical system that could become a tropical storm or hurricane and move into the Gulf of Mexico by next week.
