Cheryl Reeve completed her fourth season as Lynx head coach in 2013, leading the Lynx to a WNBA-best 26-8 record en route to winning its third consecutive Western Conference Championships.

She is a two-time WNBA All-Star and was the Finals MVP when Washington won the league title in 2019, when current Lynx associate head coach Eric Thibault was an assistant with the Mystics.
