XPeng and Volkswagen join forces to build a super-fast charging network in China, boosting EV adoption and strengthening their presence in the global market.

German automaker Volkswagen and Chinese electric car firm Xpeng announced Monday plans to expand new super-fast charging stations across China, opening their networks to each other.

Under the agreement, XPeng and the Volkswagen will jointly build one of the largest super-fast charging networks in China, granting mutual access to respective proprietary, industry-leading super-fast charging networks.
