The Oregon Ducks' bright yellow "Heroes" uniform combination is designed by Oregon coach Dan Lanning and his family. The uniforms are designed to represent triumph and to show support for those who have battled cancer.

No. 8 Oregon (4-0, 1-0 Big Ten) hit the road and took home a 34-13 win over the UCLA Bruins (1-3, 0-2 Big Ten) Saturday night at the Rose Bowl. Quarterback Dillon Gabriel scored three touchdowns and the Ducks defense suffocated the Bruins offense all night.

Throughout the early part of the season, the Oregon Ducks offense has looked disjointed at times, while still obviously oozing with talent and potential to put up points at a moment's notice. More impressively for Oregon as they aim for hardware at the end of the season has been the play of their defense.
