Uma Thurman to play former special ops officer in Dexter sequel series
Hollywood actress Uma Thurman is set to play a former special ops officer in a sequel series to hit crime show Dexter. The Kill Bill star, 54, will portray head of security Charley, who works for a mysterious billionaire called Leon Prater in Dexter: Resurrection and is seen as his “resourceful and meticulous right-hand” woman.

As previously announced, “Dexter” star Michael C. Hall will reprise the role of the titular serial killer in the series. No specific plot details are available for “Resurrection,” but the series will serve as a direct followup to “Dexter: New Blood.” Additional cast members include David Zayas, James Remar, and Jack Alcott.
