A 30-year-old man was shot to death on Sunday on a highway in Fort Worth after he was involved in an accident, authorities said. Emmanuel Torres died of a gunshot wound of the head, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office. Torres was shot about 2 a.m. at East Loop 820 and U.S. 287, authorities said.

The victim and witnesses state they didn't see the alleged crash that began the confrontation, according to the warrant.
