Super Typhoon 'Pepito' impacts Catanduanes, sends hundreds of thousands fleeing
Super Typhoon 'Pepito' (international name: Man-yi) slammed into the eastern island province of Catanduanes Saturday night, Nov. 16, with sustained winds of up to 195 kph and gusts of up to 240 kph that prompted the country’s weather agency to warn of “potentially catastrophic and life-threatening situation” in provinces along its path.
