A high-security jail in Bhopal finds itself in the eye of a storm after a China-made drone was discovered inside its premises.

Indian authorities said on Thursday they had completed moving toxic waste from the site of the 1984 Bhopal gas leak disaster, which killed more than 5,000 people, to a disposal facility where it will take three to nine months to incinerate.

The jail superintendent said that no one saw the drone landing in the jail premises, adding that prima facie it appears the unmanned aerial device might be of children who were playing with it near the prison.
