Manitoba officials are increasing border patrols along Minnesota and North Dakota to combat illegal immigration and trafficking.

GRAND FORKS — The National Weather Service issued a blizzard warning on Friday, Jan. 17, for counties along the U.S.-Canada border in extreme northeast North Dakota and northwest Minnesota.
