The frock in question is by Ulla Johnson and called the Freesia Gown. The designer describes the $950 number as a slate blue dress “made from luxurious crinkle silk chiffon in a stunning flowing silhouette. This sleeveless style features a floor-sweeping skirt, a form-fitting bodice, and is fully lined. It fastens with a side zipper closure.”
