A fugitive was arrested at a home outside Columbus Thursday, and during the arrest, U.S. Marshals located the body of a woman in the basement of the home.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The U.S. Marshals arrested a Canton man Wednesday morning in Canal Winchester, where authorities also discovered a deceased woman inside the home.
