The Calgary Flames have been without blueliner Kevin Bahl for the past few games. By the sounds of it, they’ll be without him for a little while longer at least.

When speaking to the media on Wednesday, Calgary Flames head coach Ryan Huska revealed that defenseman Kevin Bahl is considered out week-to-week with an upper-body injury.

Kevin Bahl won’t return for Saturday evening’s game. The Calgary Flames and Minnesota Wild met for the second time in the 2024-25 season on Saturday. In the second period, Bahl was protecting the puck behind the net when Wild forward Jakub Lauko hit him from behind.
