The Thing is all set to join Marvel Rivals soon and fans are eager to know what powers and abilities he brings to battle. The popular video game will also be welcoming the other Fantastic Four members as Season 1: Eternal Night Falls commences.

Marvel Rivals is crushing its first season launch with hundreds of thousands of concurrent players across console and PC, and players are getting to know Mr. Fantastic and The Invisible Woman as its two new heroes, with The Thing and Human Torch coming in a month and a half or so.

NetEase's creative director, Guangyun Chen, shared that every season of Marvel Rivals will have fresh stories, maps, and heroes.

The first Dracula-themed season of Marvel Rivals has kicked off and will see the Fantastic Four added to the game. Two members of Marvel's first family, Mister Fantastic and Susan "The Invisible Woman" Storm, are already available, and the Human Torch and The Thing will join them at a later date.

Marvel Rivals' director confirms that each season will add two new characters, giving us a new hero every month and a half.

The Marvel Rivals tier list is proof of an inherent truth: not every hero (or villain) is built equally. In the competitive shooter’s season 1 (which added two characters, two maps, a battle pass, and skins ), every character is technically viable, but there are some who are obviously more powerful than the rest.

The Thing's powers look a lot like the Hulk's at first glance, but Marvel Rivals could easily make the two of them distinct fighters.

In addition to a new battle pass and skins, season 1 added two new characters to the game (a duelist and strategist), bringing the total current roster to 35 characters. Later in the season, according to the Marvel Rivals roadmap,
