Gov. Youngkin orders flags to be raised to full-staff for Inauguration day
In an Order sent out Saturday, Jan. 18, Youngkin ordered that all flags be raised to full-staff the morning of Jan. 20, in recognition of the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States.
