Brightline is responding after 15 people were injured when one of its trains crashed into a fire engine in Delray Beach on Saturday morning.

WPTV learned on Friday that Assistant Chief Kevin Green, Division Chief Todd Lynch, Captain Brian Fiorey and Driver Engineer David Wyatt with Delray Fire Rescue have been placed on leave.

The high-speed rail operator posted a video on social media showing the moments leading up to the direct-impact crash.
