They include DT Khristian Boyd, LB Jaylan Ford, CB Kool-Aid McKinstry, G Lucas Patrick, RB Jamaal Williams and WR Cedric Wilson. Spencer Rattler also is inactive but available as the team’s emergency third quarterback.

Fourth-round pick Brandon Dorlus is also a healthy scratch for the 10th time this season. Drew Dalman is inactive despite practicing all three days this week. The team has yet to activate Dalman from the injured reserve list since designating him to return in Week 9.
