A Georgia lottery player was one number shy of the Powerball jackpot, but still walked away a big winner. Someone won $50,000 on a ticket matching four numbers and the Powerball in the drawing Monday, Nov. 11, just missing the $103 million grand prize, according to the Georgia Lottery.
