Feb 20, 2023 · I don’t have a Q2, but some things you can try is Unplug and replug the Q2 after loading the json file in the design tab. See if it now sees it on configure tab. Try a factory reset on the Q2 by holding Fn1+J+Z for 4 seconds. If it resets, the LEDs should flash red. Then try pairing again with VIA. Try an older/newer version of VIA.
