David Michael Solomon (born January 17, 1962 [2]), known as DJ D-Sol, is an American investment banker and DJ who has been chief executive officer (CEO) of Goldman Sachs since October 2018 and chairman since January 2019.

David Solomon is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. Previously, he was President and Chief Operating Officer and prior to that, he served as Co-Head of the Investment Banking Division from 2006 to 2016.
